What happens to my data in case of a hardware failure
Your data is stored in a secure cloud storage unit, your SDLockBox, and is redundantly stored in multiple secure locations to prevent loss and ensure your continued access.
How does the file sharing service work?
At the moment your files are uploaded, your SDLockBox generates a unique URL and is only shareable after you or one of your authorized users successfully completes our 2-Factor Authentication process. Once logged in, you are able to navigate to the desired file, get the unique link, and share the link outside of your SDLockBox account.
Is there a limit to the size and type of files I can store?
Your Cubby is truly unlimited here at SDLockBox for ALL Plan Options. Upload limits per file are 4GB for video and 100MB for audio, images, and documents. This is up to 90 minutes of video for Standard Definition Videos. You can upload a variety of:
video,
audio (music, recordings),
images (graphics, pictures, screenshots),
and documents (Word Docs, PDFs, Excel. Powerpoint, Text files and more).
How does pricing for SDLockBox services work?
SDLockBox offers various plans tailored to different storage requirements and budgets with detailed pricing on our checkout page. The pricing is monthly or annually and all plans come with NO contract. Services are month to month only.
